We ship from the UK, EU, and worldwide. Delivery times depend on:

  • Manufacturing and quality control completion
  • Item location and courier services
  • Customs processing and potential delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather, natural disasters, or accidents
  • Customs/import holds or shipping disruptions

📮 UK Shipping – Royal Mail

(If applicable to your order, this option will be displayed at checkout.)

  • Orders placed before 9:00 AM (if in stock) may ship the same day.
  • We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature from the date of despatch.
  • Delivery times apply from despatch, not the time of ordering.
  • Insurance: This service is covered up to £150 max.
  • This does not guarantee delivery within 24–48 hours of placing your order.

🚀 UK & International Shipping – DHL Express & Economy

We offer DHL Express and DHL Economy shipping options for both UK and international orders:

  • DHL Express: Fastest option, typically 1–2 working days in the UK and 1–3 working days internationally (from date of despatch).
  • DHL Economy: Cost-effective for less urgent orders. Delivery times vary by location.
  • Transit times apply from the date of despatch, not the time of ordering.
  • All DHL shipments include tracking.

For high-value or time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting DHL Express at checkout.

🕘 Our working hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

*Our local time zone is London.

🔔 Orders placed outside working hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

🚫 Next-day delivery does not apply to orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
