BREXIT UPDATE – Windsor Framework
We are based in Northern Ireland. Under the Windsor Framework:
- No new checks on goods between Northern Ireland (NI) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
- NI remains in the EU’s single market for goods, allowing smooth trade with the EU.
- Goods move freely between NI, ROI, and the EU without customs checks or tariffs.
TAX & VAT
Why do you charge VAT?
VAT is required by law in the UK & Europe. It applies to all products and services, including shipping.
Why show prices excluding VAT?
We ship worldwide. Customers outside the EU don’t pay UK VAT but may pay import taxes upon delivery.
Can I buy VAT-free with a VAT number?
- EU customers: Yes, send us your valid VAT number and ensure the delivery address matches the VAT registration.
- UK customers: Pay VAT and reclaim it using the invoice we provide.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
How can I pay?
Pay via checkout using available options (PayPal, cards). Phone payments are limited for security reasons.
Do you offer 0% Finance?
We don’t offer direct finance but accept PayPal Credit. Visit the provider’s website for details or contact us for more information.
Can I view prices in my local currency?
Yes. Use our website’s currency selector to view prices in your local currency. Prices convert automatically but may fluctuate based on exchange rates.
Payment options for local currency:
- Card payments: You can pay in your local currency using a debit or credit card.
- PayPal payments: We only accept payments in GBP via PayPal. If you wish to pay in your local currency, please use a card at checkout.

Remote areas:
Some locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands) may incur extra charges. We’ll inform you if this applies.
Can I collect in-store?
Yes, but please contact us beforehand to confirm stock availability.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Will I have to pay customs charges?
Yes, for non-UK/EU deliveries, import taxes and duties may apply. Contact your local customs office for details. We aren’t responsible for abandoned packages if duties are unpaid.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return an item?

- Return items with the form to:

Refund processing time:
Refunds usually take 3-5 working days after processing.
Tuning products returns:
30-day return if unused and in original packaging with all accessories.
Special order items:
Non-returnable unless faulty.

What is stock availability?
Unless stated otherwise, items are produced to order. Koshi carbon fibre products typically take 4-8 weeks to produce. If you need an item urgently, please contact us.
Are items in stock?
We try to keep stock accurate but recommend contacting us to confirm availability.

Can I change or cancel my order?
- Change: Orders cannot be amended once placed. Cancel and reorder if needed.
- Cancel: Contact us at 03333355119 or info@tmcmotorsport.com to request cancellation. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
